In 1954 Mr and Mrs Nong Nooch bought the property in Pattaya, initially the thought was to use this as farm land however they were inspired by a foreign trip and made a decision to transform the area into tropical flower gardens. Formerly designed for preservation of tropical vegetation species the gardens were later transforms into a recreational and tourist destination.
