Cleaning Up Panama Bay A Large Task

Panama has not set up an effective sewage disposal program for their country. The large growth of population has led to issues with the sewage being dumped in local rivers and contaminating Panama Bay. The water in the bay has developed a putrid smell and became contaminated because of this. Panama is the most southern region in Central America and ranks as a popular destination with a stable economic growth rate. Due to its popularity and stable economy its current infrastructure is struggling with traffic congestion. This has led to the necessity for the building of the Cinta Costera Coastal Beltway. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites Located In Panama

UNESCO is the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization. Created by the United Nations in 1945, it is tasked to perform a number of important functions. One of these is to identify UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and to publicize and otherwise support these sites. We are going to be looking at some of the five identified Sites located in Panama.
