Like they always say, the human mind is a complex mix of decision after decision, and when they decide to move out and instead go for homes for lease, the reason could be among many speculations. People’s decisions may be governed by their personal reasons or because an authority in which they are under in is dictating such move. The former may involve issues that the family wants to fix, like the want for more breathing and growing space. Sometimes, people just stop living, figuratively. Thus, they need a change of environment, to see how far they can go into making their lives worth living again, probably with a new community, new opportunities and the likes. The urban and the rural area are two, very different places to be in, and people could go from one place to another a different person. Also, as to being under dictated upon, it could because of a job requirement that needs to be filled in, and it could be worth it considering if a good offer is made, with a better roster of compensations.
